Being able to sing is not a talent you are born with a good voice or not. Billy has been around for 4 decades & this Bieber I don't know who he is. Billy & Elton are in a class all their own. They compose & write almost every song themselves. "Singer Songwriters" that saying came about both of them. I don't think you will ever see the likes of then again If you don't like the guy don't buy his music.
